Students and teachers in our partner schools faced significant challenges when it came to saving, running, and debugging their coding projects. Attempts to set up a functional coding environment within the school computer labs were largely unsuccessful due to the complex setup process and the insufficient specifications of the available computers. Additionally, students were often unable to access the same computer for subsequent sessions, leading to the loss of their projects, and causing frustration for both teachers and students. These issues became a major bottleneck for effectively teaching and learning coding, hindering the ability to complete and practice programming projects efficiently.

Cyber Square addressed these challenges by introducing Cyber Square Lab—a cloud-based IDE integrated with our web-based Learning Management System (LMS). This platform allows students and teachers to save, execute, and debug their coding projects directly in a web browser, eliminating the need for local machine setups. With Cyber Square Lab, users can seamlessly work on their projects from any computer, without the worry of losing progress.
